MINE Analytics collects data and defines usage patterns and online behavior of a licensee’s audience as a whole. This information allows organizations to better understand the diverse interests that their customers have beyond their own relationship with them. The report identifies which publishers are the most popular and which areas of interest are most common among its users. This information allows licensees to target messages directly to defined segments of their audience.

The MINE Media Administrator allows licensees to communicate directly to their audience through the newsreader on the users’ branded toolbar and through the client module on the users’ start page. Messages can be delivered in real time or programmed for specific times. By adding hyperlinks within the message, licensees can measure the immediate response to the their promotions, advertisements, announcements, and contests.

Toolbar messages are limited to text however the MINE Media Administrator enables the licensee to broadcast text messages in a variety of colors and boldness of font. Start page announcements can be delivered in text, photo, audio, and video formats.

The MINE Media Administrator also allows licensees to narrowcast messages to any audience segment that the analytics report identifies and defines.
